30 MINUTE FOCUS SUBLIMINAL

Affirmative positive language plays under the music (see corresponding script below), bypassing the conscious mind. The subliminal affirmations play at such a low volume that you can’t consciously hear them, meanwhile your subconscious mind picks up every word. Sometimes when we speak certain affirmations we consciously reject it, preventing it from getting to the subconscious, because we have so much opposite programming coming from limiting beliefs, outdated value systems, and survival tendencies.
